Renovating with Samuels Construction

When you hire us as contractor for your partial- or full-home renovation, we will work closely with you to define the project plan and budget to minimize surprises after construction begins.

1. gather your ideas

If you are contemplating a renovation, chances are you have already been collecting pictures and articles that show designs and layouts you like. The images you've gathered will offer guidance about what you like as we begin building your plan. You may work with an architect or designer on your renovation plans, but that is not required.

2. REFINE THE PLAN

Do you know exactly how you want to see your space transformed? Or do you just want to find out what's possible within the space and budget you have? Either way, we can work with you to create or refine a design for your renovation. We will help you select materials and see in advance how your choices will affect your bottom line. We can source a wide range of materials for you, from budget to high-end.

3. Set the schedule

Once the plan is in place, we will work with you to decide when your project will begin and let you know how long it will take. We will talk about whether you will need to move out during construction, or whether your family can live in your home while the work goes on. Particularly in a renovation, there are always things that require adjustment along the way. The schedule we give you on the front end will be realistic, planning for the unknown as best as we can.

4. Begin your transformation

For renovations, the Samuels Construction team handles nearly all the work in-house rather than working with subcontractors. Because our team is multi-skilled, we are better able to adjust to the inevitable surprises that are part of any renovation process. We can also adjust to the changes you choose to make while the project is in progress, helping you see in advance what each change will add to your total cost.
