Building with Samuels Construction

1. Choose your plan(s)

There are millions of floorpans to choose from — and yet, none of them may be perfect for your family. Select three or four that are close to what you are looking for, and we can build a design drawing from those plans. You may use an architect to create your design, but that is not required.

2. Refine your design

For most people, their dreams of building a home are far bigger than what their budget allows. We will work with you to define and prioritize all your desires, then narrow your project down to fit within the budget you've defined. We can also work with you to select the right balance of high-end and value materials, helping you choose where and how to maximize your investment.

3. Start your construction

For new-build projects, Samuels Construction works with experienced local subcontractors whose work we know and trust. At the same time, we take a hands-on approach through each phase of construction, collaborating with on-site teams while staying in communication with you as your new home takes shape.
